Promo runs from Nov 17, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
This promo is open to all existing and new GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”) account holders who:
- Holds an active GoTyme Bank individual account; and
- Performs eligible deposit transactions via any GoTyme Deposit Withdraw Machine (DWM) during the Promo Period hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.
Promo Mechanics
- Monthly Reimbursement Cap. For each calendar month within the Promo Period, the first two (2) valid and successful deposit transactions of at least PHP100 made by a Customer via a DWM will each receive a PHP25 reimbursement, credited back to the same GoTyme Bank account where the deposit was made.
- Reimbursement Timeline. Reimbursements for deposits performed in a given calendar month (e.g., December 2025) will be credited to the Customer’s GoTyme Bank account on or before the last day of the following calendar month (e.g., on or before January 31, 2026).
- Maximum Benefit. Each Customer may receive a maximum of two (2) reimbursements (up to PHP50) per calendar month.
Exclusions & Restrictions
- Deposits performed outside a GoTyme DWM (e.g., over-the-counter, digital channels) are not covered.
- Cancelled, void, reversed, or disputed transactions will not qualify. If a qualifying deposit is subsequently reversed, GoTyme Bank reserves the right to debit any reimbursed amount from the customer’s account.
Crediting & Reversal of Reimbursements
- Reimbursements will be credited as a separate entry in the customer’s transaction history.
- If the reimbursement of credit fails (e.g., account is closed/suspended), GoTyme Bank may attempt to credit once more within thirty (30) days; thereafter, the benefit is forfeited.
- GoTyme Bank reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or debit any reimbursement already credited—without prior notice—under any of the following circumstances:
- The Customer engaged in or attempted fraudulent, unfair, or illegal activity (e.g., abuse of system or weakness, fictitious accounts).
- The Customer was not qualified to participate in the promo based on the mechanics.
- The qualifying deposit transaction was cancelled, reversed, or otherwise invalid.
- The Customer failed to abide by GoTyme Bank’s Terms & Conditions or these promo terms.
- System error or force-majeure event rendered the reimbursement invalid.
- If the account balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, GoTyme Bank may debit the reimbursement once funds become available.
General Conditions
- By participating, Customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, GoTyme Bank’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.gotyme.com.ph/privacy-policy/.
- GoTyme Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promo and the privileges under the promo (subject to DTI approval) for any reason, including force majeure or system issues. Notice will be posted on official channels.
All GoTyme Bank employees, their partners and affiliates, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promo.
The customer must notify GoTyme of any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period.
