PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo period is from November 3, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
   
   
2. Eligibility: This promo is open to select GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) users who have received an official communication from GoTyme Bank regarding the offer.
   
   Users must meet all the following conditions:
   1. Must have a verified GoTyme Bank account and an active, linked Go Rewards account as of November 2, 2025.
   2. Must not have previously printed or activated a GoTyme physical Visa debit card.
   3. Must successfully print and activate their GoTyme debit card during the promo period.
   4. Must complete a minimum ₱300 single-receipt POS transaction using the newly activated card during the promo period.
      
      
3. How to Qualify: The following steps must be completed within the promo period:
   1. Step 1: Print and activate your first ever FREE GoTyme Debit Card at any GoTyme Bank kiosk.
   2. Step 2: Use your GoTyme Debit Card for your first Point of Sale (POS) transaction with a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱300.
      
      
4. Eligible users will earn a maximum of 50 Go Rewards points upon meeting the minimum spend requirement in a single-receipt transaction. This reward will be credited on top of the standard Go Rewards points earned from a regular debit card transaction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligible users can participate in this promotion and receive its rewards only once.
   
   
2. Any Go Rewards points earned from a qualified transaction will be credited to the user's account within seven (7) banking days following the successful transaction, subject to the terms outlined in these mechanics.
   
   
3. GoTyme Bank employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
   
   
4. GoTyme reserves the right to withhold or only refuse to award any Go Rewards points that may be earned, or to revoke any Go Rewards points already awarded, including those that have already been used or redeemed by the user, without need of prior notice, should any of the following occur:
   1. The user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (e.g. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes and/or rewards, or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
   2. The user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award based on the promo mechanics;
   3. The user’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
   4. The user failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
   5. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, declined or otherwise invalid for any reason whatsoever, whether caused by the user or the merchant.
      
      
5. In cases where Go Rewards points have already been credited to the user's account, GoTyme reserves the right to exercise any of the following at its discretion, without prior notice to user, should any of the instances outlined in these mechanics occur and if the user's Go Rewards balance is insufficient to cover the points to be revoked:
   1. Automatically debit from the user's Go Rewards balance when it becomes sufficient, until the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked; or
   2. Automatically debit from any of the user's existing GoTyme accounts, until the monetary value of the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked.
      
      
6. The rewards earned under this promo are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
   
   
7. The user agrees to hold GoTyme Bank, its directors, and officers free from any and all liability that may arise from his/her participation in this promo, including but limited to any withholding, refusal, or revocation of Go Rewards points and/or their equivalent in money.
   
   
8. The customer must notify GoTyme Bank of any complaints regarding the promo within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period.
